Hi, I’m Evgeny Lepekhin, writer and management consultant.

I write, manage products, design processes, and advise on creative team management. When it comes to work I lean on clear focus and logic.

My strength lies in the ability to order chaos and create systems from scratch.

I use editor’s mindset and curiosity to reveal the true problems, choose the most painful, and show a way to fix it. I often ask the question “why” and say “no”as those are the most effective filters for bullshit.

I also make courses, write books, run a newsletter on Substack, travel, film, drink coffee, ride a bike, and swear a lot. I live and work in Tyumen.
